Congratulations to The Ethicurean Restaurant in Bristol on their 2012 Good Egg Award.
The Ethicurean have used free-range eggs in every dish made since they began three years ago and as home chefs decades before this. To this merit Compassion are delighted to award them a Good Egg Award for their commitment to animal welfare.
